Extend a scheduled-report share

scope write:scheduled cost 1 RU idempotent required

Reset a share's expires_at to now + expiration_days (1-365). Anchored to now: the new expiry is predictable regardless of any remaining time on the previous window.

Only the share's owner can extend it.
