POST /v1/me/credits/purchases

Buy a credit pack

Buy a pack of credits for the account this key belongs to.

Send shared_payment_token and the charge settles on this call: the credits are on the balance by the time it returns, and status is succeeded. That token comes from the buyer's agent wallet and is scoped to one purchase, so the amount and currency are fixed before it reaches us.

Without a token nothing is charged. You get status checkout and a checkout_url to hand the buyer, which is the path to use whenever the caller has no wallet of its own.

Retrying with the same token is safe: it settles onto the same payment and grants the credits once.

Query parameters

  • dry_run boolean optional

    Preview the call without executing it. Runs auth, scope, eligibility and body validation, then returns 200 with a dry_run object reporting the request-unit and credit cost plus a non-consuming quota snapshot. Nothing is debited, reserved, dispatched or mutated. An invalid body still returns 422.

    default: false

Header parameters

Request body

application/json required
Type: CreditPurchaseRequest
  • pack enum required

    Which credit pack to buy: small, medium or large.

  • shared_payment_token string (nullable) nullable

    A Stripe shared payment token the buyer's agent wallet issued for this purchase. Given one, the charge settles on this call and the credits land immediately. Omit it to get a checkout link to hand the buyer instead.

Example payload
{
  "pack": "small",
  "shared_payment_token": "spt_1AbC..."
}
