Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency, Agency Plus) include a 7-day free trial with 50 bonus credits. You can explore all features, run reports, and test the platform before committing to a subscription. Credit card required but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
How do credits work?
Credits are used for AI-powered actions: 1 credit per prompt analysis, 10 credits per AI-generated article, 10 credits per Brand Audit (plus 1 credit per citation page analyzed), and 1 credit per Lighthouse or competitor audit. Technical SEO audits are free. Credits reset monthly on your billing date and don't roll over.
How is Agent Mode billed?
Agent Mode usage is tracked in US dollars based on underlying model API cost. Each plan includes a monthly AI budget that resets each billing cycle: $5 on Starter, $10 on Pro, $15 on Agency, and $25 on Agency Plus. The in-app meter shows dollars used and remaining. Need more mid-cycle? Top up your AI budget with report credits; the added budget resets at the end of each billing cycle.
What's the difference between Agency and Agency Plus?
Agency ($149/mo) gives you the delivery basics: white-label branded reports and exports, team collaboration, priority support, 1000 credits, and up to 500 brands. Agency Plus ($299/mo) adds the operations layer for running client work at scale: an agency dashboard with cross-brand visibility, trends, heatmap and competitor intel, automated client report delivery under your brand, a white-label client portal, article reviews with client approvals, prospecting with pitch-ready reports, cross-brand content, tasks and shares views, an agency-wide AI copilot, 2000 credits, and up to 1,000 brands.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences through Stripe. Your credit balance adjusts to match your new plan's monthly allocation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant. We don't store your payment information directly.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over to the next month. This encourages consistent use of the platform. However, you can purchase one-time credit top-ups (50, 100, or 200 credits) that never expire and stack with your monthly allocation.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You'll receive notifications when you're approaching your limit (at 80% and 90% usage). You can purchase credit top-ups anytime ($18 for 50, $35 for 100, $65 for 200 credits) or upgrade your plan to get more monthly credits. Top-ups never expire.
Which AI engines do you track?
We track 6 AI platforms: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Google AI Mode (AI Overviews), Perplexity AI, Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and Grok (xAI). Each platform has different training data and response patterns, so we provide platform-specific visibility scores and insights.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can test the platform risk-free before paying. If you're not satisfied during your trial, simply cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. For paid subscriptions, contact our support team if you experience issues. We're committed to customer satisfaction.
