All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency, Agency Plus) then include a 7-day free trial with 50 free credits; a credit card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.

Every plan comes with a monthly allowance for AI work, metered in credits so you always know what a run costs before it runs. One prompt analysed across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Mode is 1 credit (Gemini, Grok, ChatGPT Terra and Claude Search add 1 credit each per prompt), an AI-generated article is 10, a Brand Audit is 10 plus 1 per citation page analysed, a page speed (Lighthouse) or competitor audit is 1, and a prospect search is 5. Technical SEO checks are free. In practice, Starter's 150 credits is 150 prompts a month or 15 articles. Credits reset monthly on your billing date and don't roll over.

Agent Mode usage is tracked in US dollars based on underlying model API cost. Each plan includes a monthly AI budget that resets each billing cycle: $5 on Starter, $10 on Pro, $15 on Agency, and $25 on Agency Plus. The in-app meter shows dollars used and remaining. Need more mid-cycle? Top up your AI budget with report credits; the added budget resets at the end of each billing cycle.

Yes, from your account settings at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately: Stripe prorates the difference and your credit balance moves to the new plan's monthly allocation. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then.

No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over to the next month. This encourages consistent use of the platform. However, you can purchase one-time credit top-ups (50, 100, or 200 credits) that never expire and stack with your monthly allocation.

You'll receive notifications when you're approaching your limit (at 80% and 90% usage). You can purchase credit top-ups anytime ($18 for 50, $35 for 100, $65 for 200 credits) or upgrade your plan to get more monthly credits. Top-ups never expire.

If you cancel during the 7-day trial you are never charged. For paid subscriptions, contact support within 24 hours of a charge and we will review a full refund; after that we don't refund, and annual plans are not prorated on cancellation. Credit top-ups are non-refundable.
