Retrieve a region config

scope read:region-configs cost 1 RU idempotent required

Return a single region config by id, including its country, language, location, attached scheduled_report_id, ai_platforms and prompts_count.

Last error message surfaced by a scheduled run, if any.

ISO-8601 timestamp of the most recent scheduled run from this config.
