List alias suggestions

scope read:brands cost 1 RU idempotent required

Return the brand's pending alias suggestions: alternate names the analyzer surfaced from recent reports that look like they could be referring to the brand.

Accept (POST .../acceptances) to add the name to brand_aliases so future analyses count it as a brand mention. Dismiss to silence it permanently.
