One toggle

Remove "Powered by Rank Prompt"

A single toggle removes our mark from client-facing outputs. What clients see carries your name and only your name.

"Powered by Rank Prompt"

Off. Client-facing outputs carry your name and only your name.

One Setting, Every Surface

Configure branding once at the account level and it cascades to every report, share link, email, portal, and the app itself when served on your domain, across all client brands.

Email Identity Included

Sender name, reply-to, and support email make automated deliveries read like they came from your team, because for the client, they did.

Compliance Built In

Footer text and business address fields keep client-facing email CAN-SPAM compliant without a separate legal checklist.

Per-Brand Section Toggles

Account defaults cover the branding, and each brand can toggle which report and brand summary sections appear in its exports and shares.

FAQ

White label FAQs

Coverage, plan requirements, branded email identity, and compliance.

What does white label cover in Rank Prompt?
Account-level branding applied across client-facing surfaces: PDF reports and exports, shared report links, brand summary exports, client delivery emails, the client portal, and content review links. You set logo, company name, primary and secondary colors, sender name, reply-to, support email, footer text, website, and business address once.
Which plan do I need for white label?
White-label branding starts on the Agency plan ($149/mo): your logo, colors, app name, and sender details on branded reports, PDF and PowerPoint exports, and share links, with the "Powered by Rank Prompt" mark removable. PDF and PowerPoint exports, share links, section reorder, saved templates, password protection, and expiry are on every plan; the Agency plan adds your branding to them. Agency Plus ($299/mo) extends the same branding to automated client delivery emails, the client portal, and review links, adds share view counts, and lets you serve the whole app on your own domain, plus the rest of the agency suite.
Is there a live preview?
Yes. The Branding page renders a sample report cover with your logo and colors as you edit, so you can sanity-check contrast and layout before anything reaches a client.
Can I run the whole app on my own domain?
Yes, on Agency Plus. Point a subdomain like app.youragency.com at Rank Prompt with a CNAME and two verification records, and once the certificate is active you can switch the app on from White label > Domains. Your team and your clients then log in there and see your name, favicon, logo, and colors. Plans, subscription and credit usage open there for the account owner alone: your team and your clients see none of it, and the "Powered by" mark is always off on your domain.
What is the lead widget?
An embeddable form for your own website, on Agency Plus. A visitor asks for a free AI visibility report on their brand, and the report runs on your account, arrives from your sending domain with your logo on it, and opens on your agency domain. You get the contact in Prospecting with the finished report attached. It only goes live once your domain, your sending domain, your name, your privacy policy, your terms and a support contact are all in place, which is the same branding this page is about.
Can I remove Rank Prompt branding entirely?
Yes. The "Powered by Rank Prompt" toggle removes our mark from client-facing outputs. Combined with your logo, colors, and sender identity, clients see your agency end to end.
How do branded emails work?
Client-facing emails (like "your report is ready" deliveries) use your sender name and reply-to, render inside a branded shell with your logo and colors, and close with your footer text and business address. Replies land in your inbox. Emails carry your identity once the app is live on your agency domain or your sending domain is verified (DKIM and SPF via White label > Domains); until then they go out under the Rank Prompt identity.
Does white label apply to every client brand automatically?
Yes. Settings are account-level defaults, so all your client brands inherit them. Each brand can toggle which sections appear in its exports and shares when a specific client needs different treatment.
Can clients log in instead of using a magic link?
Yes. Agency Plus includes 100 client seats. Invite a client from Brand Settings > Client access and they get a read-only login on your domain (the white-label app has to be on) scoped to their brand only: home, AI visibility, competitors, reports, sentiment audit, tasks, and notifications, and nothing else. Sign-in is email and password or magic link, invite only. The magic-link portal keeps working alongside it.
Why does the business address matter?
Commercial email rules (like CAN-SPAM) require a physical address in client-facing mail. Rank Prompt stores it with your branding and injects it into delivery email footers so compliance is automatic.
