11 jobs that happen on their own, today

Every row is something the product does on a schedule or on an event, with no one clicking. The chip says which plan it starts on.

  1. 01 ChatGPTPerplexityGoogle AI ModeClaudeGeminiGrok Weekly runs on 6 engines Your prompts go to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode (AI Overviews), Claude, Gemini and Grok daily, weekly or monthly, with no cap on schedules. Every plan How it works
  2. 02 Change alerts After every scheduled run, an in-app update with the score, how far it moved and how many prompts were won or lost. A weekly digest by email sums up what changed. Every plan How it works
  3. 03 Tasks from lost prompts A run that falls below its normal range opens tasks for the prompts it lost first, ahead of the three tips you get each week. Every plan How it works
  4. 04 Batch content plans Queue several articles at once: each one researches, outlines, writes and illustrates itself, and a failed one is refunded. From Starter How it works
  5. 05 Content autopilot On the days you pick it writes the next topic 24 hours before its slot, then leaves a draft, publishes after a review window or publishes at the slot. A monthly cap holds it back, and it pauses on its own when something needs you. From Starter How it works
  6. 06 WordPress Scheduled publishing Pick a date and the article goes live at that time on WordPress, Ghost, Shopify, Webflow, Wix or a webhook, retried if the site does not answer. From Starter How it works
  7. 07 Google The publish loop Once an article is live, its source prompts and keywords are tracked, and the list shows what the article won back. From Starter How it works
  8. 08 GitHub Pull requests with fixes The agent opens a GitHub pull request with llms.txt, schema and meta fixes on a new branch. It never pushes to your default branch. From Starter How it works
  9. 09 Scheduled client reports Every completed run can email a branded PDF to the client, from your own sending domain. From Agency How it works
  10. 10 Webhooks report.completed, report.failed, schedule.run.completed and schedule.run.failed, signed, retried and sent to your endpoint. From Starter How it works
  11. 11 A board that keeps itself Article tasks move across the board as the article is generated, reviewed and published. From Starter How it works

The calls a person should make

Automation takes the repetition. These stay with you on purpose.

  • What to track The prompts, the engines and the markets. Rank Prompt suggests them; you decide. You
  • What gets written Which lost prompts earn an article, and in what format. You
  • What goes live Reviewing the draft, or sending it to the client for approval, before it publishes. You
  • What merges Every fix the agent proposes waits in a pull request for a human to review and merge it. You
  • Who you talk to Outreach replies and the relationships behind them. You

What can Rank Prompt automate in SEO?

The recurring work: AI visibility runs on 6 engines on a schedule, an in-app update after every run and a weekly digest by email, tasks opened when visibility drops, content plans that write several articles at once, scheduled publishing to WordPress, tracking of every published article, GitHub pull requests with llms.txt, schema and meta fixes, scheduled client reports and webhooks to your own systems.

Does anything publish without my approval?

Only what you schedule. An article publishes at the time you set, and the content autopilot publishes only under the policy you pick: leave a draft, publish after a review window of 1 to 168 hours, or publish at the slot once the article passes your quality gates. The agent never merges its own fixes: it opens a pull request on a new branch and a person reviews and merges it. Articles for a GitHub blog open a pull request too, unless you set the repository to commit them straight to a branch you choose. Client reports go out on the schedules you configure.

Which plan do I need?

Every plan, free included, schedules reports with no cap on how many, gets the alerts, the weekly digest and the tasks. Content plans, WordPress publishing, the GitHub connection and webhooks start on Starter at $49 a month, and scheduled client reports under your brand start on Agency.

What happens when the autopilot pauses?

It tells you why. At the monthly cap it starts again the next month, or as soon as you raise the cap. Out of credits, out of topics or with its destination gone, it waits for you to fix that and press Resume. When the brand owner’s plan stops including it, it resumes on its own within the hour once the plan includes it again.

How is this different from an AI blog writer that posts every day?

A daily writer publishes on a fixed rhythm whether or not anything changed. Rank Prompt starts from measurement: the weekly run shows which prompts you lost on which engine, the task and the content plan aim at those prompts, and the publish loop tracks whether the article won them back.
