How It Works

Configure once, deliver every cycle

The reporting day disappears from your calendar. The reports keep arriving on your clients'.

Schedule the report

Pick daily, weekly, or monthly per brand. Prompts, platforms, and locations are configured once and reused every run.

Add client recipients

Attach client emails to the schedule. Each contact gets the report addressed to them, from your sender name and reply-to.

We run and deliver

When the report completes, clients receive a branded email with your logo, colors, and footer, linking to a white-label report view.

You watch delivery health

Sent, opened, and failed deliveries roll up to your agency dashboard. Failures are flagged before the client emails you first.

What's Included

Reporting that looks like your agency built it

Your Brand, Not Ours

Logo, colors, sender name, reply-to address, support email, and footer text come from your white-label settings. "Powered by Rank Prompt" is removable.

Set-and-Forget Schedules

Daily, weekly, or monthly runs per brand, with multi-location configs. Retainer reporting happens whether or not anyone remembers it.

White-Label Report Views

Clients land on a branded results page: visibility score, trends, platform breakdown, competitors. Shareable links with expiry you control.

Branded PDF Exports

Presentation-ready PDFs with your cover, your colors, and client-ready storytelling, for the stakeholders who still want attachments.

Delivery Health Monitoring

Every send is tracked. Failed or bounced deliveries surface in the Needs Attention widget so nothing silently stops reporting.

Reply-To That Reaches You

Client replies go to your inbox, not a no-reply void. Support email and business address in the footer keep delivery compliant.

FAQ

Client reporting FAQs

Automated delivery, white-label coverage, plans, and what clients actually see.

What is automated client reporting in Rank Prompt?
You attach client email addresses to any scheduled report. When the run completes, Rank Prompt emails each client a branded notification, from your sender name, with your logo, colors, and footer, linking to a white-label view of the results. No manual exporting, no forwarding, no copy-paste into slides.
Can clients tell Rank Prompt is behind it?
Not unless you want them to. White-label settings control the logo, primary and secondary colors, sender name, reply-to, support email, footer text, and business address. The "Powered by Rank Prompt" mark can be turned off.
What happens if a delivery fails?
Failed and bounced sends are logged per schedule and flagged in the Needs Attention and Scheduled Delivery Health widgets on the agency dashboard. You find out from your dashboard, not from an annoyed client.
Do client replies go anywhere?
Yes. Delivery emails use the reply-to address from your branding settings, so when a client hits reply it lands in your inbox like any normal email thread.
What exactly does the client receive?
A "your report is ready" email under your agency branding, linking to a branded results page with the visibility score, trends, platform breakdown, and competitor context for their brand. You can also share branded PDF exports for stakeholders who prefer attachments.
Which plan do I need?
White-label branded reports and PDF exports are included from the Agency plan ($149/mo). Automated client delivery (emails sent directly to your clients on a schedule, plus delivery health tracking) is part of Agency Plus ($299/mo).
How often can reports go out?
Daily, weekly, or monthly per schedule, and each brand can have multiple schedules (for example a weekly internal run and a monthly client-facing one). Multi-location configs let one schedule cover several countries or cities.
How does this work with the client portal?
They complement each other. Delivery emails push each new report to the client the moment it lands; the client portal is the permanent, branded home where all shared reports and pending approvals live. Most agencies use both.
