What's Included

Built for clients who won't make accounts

Every friction point between your work and your client's eyes, removed.

Magic Link, No Login

Clients open the portal from a tokenized link. No accounts, no passwords, no "can you reset my access?" tickets. Refresh or revoke the link anytime.

Pending Approvals Front and Center

Articles waiting on the client appear at the top with their status: awaiting review, changes requested, or approved. Clients act without being chased.

Every Shared Report, One Place

Visibility reports, brand audits, and scheduled report results you share live in the portal permanently, instead of dying in email threads.

Fully White-Label

Your logo, your colors, your company name, your support email. The portal reads as a product your agency built, because visually it is.

One Portal per Client Brand

Each brand gets its own portal scoped to its own data. Clients only ever see their results, never your other accounts.

You Stay in Control

Create, refresh, or revoke portal access from brand settings. Share links carry expiry dates, and revoking is instant across everything.

FAQ

Client portal FAQs

Magic links, white-label coverage, and what clients can and cannot see.

What is the Rank Prompt client portal?
A white-label web portal you create per client brand. Clients open it from a magic link and see two things: content waiting for their approval (with statuses like awaiting review, changes requested, approved) and every report you have shared with them. It carries your logo, colors, company name, and support email.
What can clients do in the portal?
They can read and act on pending article reviews (approve or request changes, with comments anchored to specific text), and open any visibility report, brand audit, or scheduled report you have shared. They cannot see other brands, internal dashboards, or anything you have not explicitly shared.
Which plan includes the client portal?
The client portal is part of Agency Plus ($299/mo), together with the agency dashboard, automated client reporting, content approvals, prospecting, and the agency-wide AI copilot.
Can I see whether clients use it?
Review activity is tracked per article (status changes, comments, versions), and pending items appear in your cross-brand Reviews inbox and agency dashboard, so you always know what is waiting on whom.
Do my clients need a Rank Prompt account?
No. Access is through a tokenized magic link, so there is nothing to sign up for and no password to forget. You can refresh the link (invalidating the old one) or revoke access entirely at any time.
Is the portal really white-label?
Yes. The portal inherits your agency branding: logo, primary and secondary colors, company name, and support email. With the "Powered by Rank Prompt" toggle off, there is no Rank Prompt branding visible to the client.
How is this better than emailing reports?
Email delivery still happens (automated client reporting handles that), but the portal gives clients a permanent home for everything. New stakeholders get one link instead of a forwarded thread, and approvals happen where the content lives instead of in reply-all chains.
