What can Agent Mode actually do?
It works across the whole platform with 50+ tools: create and run visibility reports, generate and edit articles (with live canvas editing), manage prompts, scheduled reports, tasks, and calendars, read brand audits and site health, summarize outreach, and search the web. Write actions and credit-consuming runs always ask for your confirmation first.
Is Agent Mode available on all plans?
Agent Mode is included on every paid plan (Starter, Pro, Agency, Agency Plus). Each plan ships a monthly AI budget: $5 on Starter, $10 on Pro, $15 on Agency, $25 on Agency Plus. Agency Plus also unlocks the agency-wide copilot that answers across your whole client portfolio.
How is Agent Mode billed?
Usage is metered in US dollars against your plan’s monthly AI budget. Need more mid-cycle? Top up your AI budget with report credits (the added budget resets each billing cycle), or bring your own OpenAI API key and platform billing drops to zero: usage goes to your OpenAI account instead.
What is BYOK (bring your own key)?
You can store up to 5 OpenAI API keys (encrypted), activate one, and choose which model the agent runs on, including the latest models. While a key is active, Rank Prompt does not charge for agent usage. If your key fails, the agent falls back to platform billing and notifies you.
What does the agent remember between conversations?
Whatever you ask it to. Say "remember that we report monthly" or "always write in UK English" and it stores the memory, account-wide or scoped to one brand, and applies it automatically in future sessions. You can review and delete memories anytime in agent settings.
How does the agency copilot work?
On Agency Plus, switch the agent to all-brands scope and ask portfolio questions: "which client dropped this week?", "who has reviews waiting?", "show the heatmap weak spots". It reads the cross-brand rollups and drills into any client you pick.
Is it safe to let an AI act on my account?
The agent asks for explicit confirmation before any destructive or credit-consuming action, restates which brand it is about to modify, and logs every tool execution (including denials and errors) to an immutable audit trail.
Can the Agent automate my SEO reporting?
Yes. It can create scheduled reports, pause or resume them, run one immediately, and read a schedule’s run history to tell you which prompts are improving or declining, all from chat.
