Prompts

Mutate the prompts attached to a report (bulk-create, update, delete), and read every prompt a brand tracks or ran with GET /v1/brands/{brand_id}/prompts: one row per prompt text with its runs, visibility and trend, and the engines' answers to them with GET /v1/brands/{brand_id}/prompts/answers. A report's prompts also come inline on GET /v1/reports/{id} with their per-platform results.
