Before you start

- A Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox you want to send from.
- Permission from your Workspace admin if your organization restricts third-party apps.
Gmail setup in 4 steps

Step 1
Open Integrations, Reach Customers
In Integrations, open the Reach Customers tab and click + on the Gmail card.

Step 2
Sign in with Google and allow sending
Rank Prompt asks for two Gmail permissions: Send email on your behalf and Read your email messages and settings. Reading is what lets it see replies and stop follow-ups.

Step 3
Turn on warmup
In the Email Hub, turn on warmup for the new mailbox so its daily volume grows gradually.

Start a campaign
Pick contacts in Outreach, write or generate the email, add follow-ups and send.

Failed to connect Gmail. Please try again.
The Google sign-in did not finish. Start again from the Gmail card and allow both permissions on the consent screen.

Connect a sending mailbox before starting a cadence.
A cadence needs a mailbox to send from. Connect Gmail first, then start it.

Failed to initiate Gmail reconnection
A mailbox whose access expired needs to sign in again. Try the reconnect once more; if it keeps failing, disconnect the mailbox and connect it fresh.
Why does Rank Prompt ask to read my Gmail?
To notice replies. When a contact answers, Rank Prompt sees the reply in the thread and stops the follow-ups for that person, so nobody gets chased after answering.
Can I connect several mailboxes?
Yes. Connect each Gmail or Google Workspace address you want to send from and pick the mailbox per campaign.
What happens if I disconnect a mailbox?
Scheduled sends from it stop, and you reconnect it to send again. Your contacts and campaign history stay.
